 Bike Trials Warranties

TRIALS BIKE WARRANTY INFO
Riding trials is fun, but we do see some bikes that get ridden pretty hard. If you're going to be riding a lot - and riding some big stuff - you might break something sooner or later. That's the nature of trials riding. If you do break a part, please let us know. Manufacturers' warranties will cover a lot of items, and even if it's not covered by warranty we like to know what's strong and what's not. At WebCyclery we pride ourselves on only selling the best trials bikes and parts available. If you somehow wind up with a trials part that you think sucks, we'd like to know about it.
Echo Warranty
Echo's warranty on their trials frames and forks is 3 months from the date of purchase and 3 to 6 months for most other Echo parts from date of purchase from WebCyclery. Echo's warranty applies to Adamant, Czar, Echo, Gu, and Zoo! frames and parts.
Rockman Warranty
Rockman supplies their frames with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturing and materials defects. Damage incurred from collisions with obstacles will have a negative effect on the outcome of any warranty claim.
Inspired Warranty
Unless stated otherwise, all products supplied by Inspired Bicycles Ltd benefit from a 6 month warranty against materials and manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the product. The warranty applies to the registered original retail purchaser only, and is non-transferable.
Parts like trials grips, tires, chains, bash rings, brake pads, and brake lines are items that are expected to wear and do not have a warranty. If you've got questions, or aren't sure if a trials part is covered by warranty please send us an email or give us a call and we'll do everything we can to help get you back on your bike as soon as possible.
TIP FROM THE TOP:
Take good care of your bike, and your bike will take good care of you. |
