They fit the Salomon Prolink Shift Pro binding (NNN Compatible, sold separately). The Hard version is suitable for skiers 205-230. The X-Hard is for someone 220-240lbs-ish. With a skin that is 100% mohair you are getting a skin that balances kick and glide to offer an easy kick while still providing optimal glide. *This ski includes the Shift Pro plate, but not the actual binding.
