Bike Trials Warranties

Bike Trials Warranty Info

Trials riding is, by nature, hard on bikes and equipment. So, if you ride a lot, you're probably going to break something sooner or later. If you do break a part, please let us know. Manufacturer warranties cover a lot of items, and even if it's not covered by warranty, we like to know what's strong and what's not. If you somehow wind up with a trials part that you think sucks, we'd like to know about it. Here are some of our main brands manufacturer warranties in more detail:

Echo Warranty

Echo's warranty on their trials frames and forks is 3 months from the date of purchase and 3 months to 1 year for most other Echo parts from date of purchase from WebCyclery. Echo's warranty applies to Adamant, Czar, Echo, Gu, and Zoo! frames and parts.

Inspired Warranty

Unless stated otherwise, all products supplied by Inspired Bicycles Ltd benefit from a 6 month warranty against materials and manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the product. The warranty applies to the registered original retail purchaser only, and is non-transferable.

Trialtech Warranty

Unless stated otherwise, all products supplied by Trialtech benefit from a 6 month warranty against materials and manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the product. Labour costs and consequential damage are not covered under the terms of this warranty.

All warranty items should be returned to the retailer (within the warranty period) from which they were purchased along with a vaild receipt. The retailer will then contact Trialtech on your behalf to determine an appropriate solution.  Trialtech reserve the right to refuse or dispute any warranty claim where inappropriate use, assembly or maintenance appears evident.

In the event of a genuine warranty claim being validated, the authorized retailer will undertake any necessary repairs on the item or issue a new, replacement product. Please note that the warranty applies to the registered original retail purchaser only, and is non-transferable.

Please Note: All warranties are from the date of purchase. So if you bought a part with a 1 year warranty 2 years ago, but didn't start using it until 2 months ago, the warranty has expired, even though you've only used it for 2 months.

Also Note: All warranties apply only to the original purchaser of the item. Some parts like trials grips, tires, chains, bash rings, brake pads, and brake lines are items that are expected to wear and do not have a warranty. If you've got questions, or aren't sure if a trials part is covered by warranty, please send us an email or give us a call and we'll do everything we can to help get you back on your bike as soon as possible.
